Woodloch is a scenic two- to four-hour drive from almost anywhere in the Northeast. Located just over two hours from New York City and three hours from Philadelphia, our spectacular destination spa is an easy escape for groups, wedding parties, individual travelers, friends and family. This spectacular weekend getaway or weekday retreat offers a getaway without the jet-a-way.

Because of our rural location in the Poconos, we recommend using the directions below rather than relying solely on a GPS device.

Directions by Car

From Manhattan & Northern New Jersey

From the upper level of the George Washington Bridge, take Exit 74 is the Palisades Parkway North.
Take this to exit 18 (left hand exit), proceed to the traffic circle, 2nd exit from Circle onto Route 6W which will merge into Rt. 17W.
Take 17W to exit 121W which puts you on Rt. 84W.
Take Rt. 84 into PA to the 2nd exit in PA which is Exit 46– make a right turn at the Stop sign onto Rt. 6W.
Follow Rt. 6W for 26 miles to Rt. 590E (which comes at the end of Main Street in Hawley)
Bingham Park will be on your right, The Settler’s Inn on your left. At this light, make a right to continue on Rt. 590E.
Follow Rt. 590E for 6.5 miles where you will find The Lodge at Woodloch on your left hand side directly across from the entrance to Woodloch Springs.
Woodloch’s main resort property is further down the road. Travel to the stop sign and turn left onto Welcome Lake Road. Woodloch Resort will be on your left hand side.

From New York

Take Rt. 80W to New Jersey exit 34B (Rt. 15N, Sparta, NJ).
Take Rt. 15N (approximately 18 miles) to Rt. 206N (approximately 16 miles).
Cross Delaware River Bridge at Milford.
Bear right onto Rt. 209N. Continue onto Rt. 6W.
Follow Rt. 6W for 26 miles to Rt. 590E (which comes at the end of Main Street in Hawley)
Bingham Park will be on your right, The Settler’s Inn on your left. At this light, make a right to continue on Rt. 590E.
Follow Rt. 590E for 6.5 miles where you will find The Lodge at Woodloch on your left hand side directly across from the entrance to Woodloch Springs.
Woodloch’s main resort property is further down the road. Travel to the stop sign and turn left onto Welcome Lake Road. Woodloch Resort will be on your left hand side.

From Mid-Jersey

Take the Garden State Parkway North to exit 145 (West Orange/Newark).
Merge onto I-280W (approximately 12 miles) to I-80W to New Jersey (approx. 30 miles) to Rt. 15N (Exit 34B, Sparta, NJ).
Take Rt. 15 N (approximately 18 miles) to Rt. 206N (approximately 16 miles).
Cross Delaware River Bridge at Milford. Bear right onto Rt. 209N. Continue on to Rt. 6W.
Follow Rt. 6W for 26 miles to Rt. 590E (which comes at the end of Main Street in Hawley)
Bingham Park will be on your right, The Settler’s Inn on your left. At this light, make a right to continue on Rt. 590E.
Follow Rt. 590E for 6.5 miles where you will find The Lodge at Woodloch on your left hand side directly across from the entrance to Woodloch Springs.

From Long Island & New York

Take 95N (Cross Bronx Exp.) toward George Washington Bridge.
From the upper level of the George Washington Bridge, take Exit 74 for the Palisades Parkway North.
Take this to Exit 18 (left hand exit), proceed to the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit from teh circle onto Rt. 6W, which will merge into Rt. 17W.
Take Rt. 17W to Exit 121W which puts you onto Rt. 84W.
Take Rt. 84 into PA to the 2nd exit in PA which is Exit 46– make a right turn at the Stop sign onto Rt. 6W.
Follow Rt. 6W for 26 miles to Rt. 590E (which comes at the end of Main Street in Hawley)

From Points West

Take I-80E to I-81N to I-380S to I-84E.
Get off 84E at exit 30, Blooming Grove.
Make a left onto Rt. 402N. Follow Rt. 402N to the end (approximately 4.5 miles to the blinking light).
Make a left onto Rt. 6W. Rt. 6W and Rt. 590E will merge.
Follow Rt. 6W/Rt. 590E through the town of Hawley. At the end of town you will come to a traffic light.
Bingham Park will be on your right, The Settler’s Inn on your left. At this light, make a right to continue on Rt. 590E.
Follow Rt. 590E for 6.5 miles where you will find The Lodge at Woodloch on your left hand side directly across from the entrance to Woodloch Springs.

From Philadelphia & Points South

Take the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike to Wyoming Valley exit 115. Follow Rt. 315N.
Merge onto I-81N for 10 miles toward I-84. Exit I-84E toward Milford.
Remain on 84E to Exit 8 (Mount Cobb).
Turn left at the top of the ramp and follow to the traffic light.
At the light, turn right onto PA 348E.
Follow PA 348E for 4 miles to the stop sign at the end.
At the stop sign, bear left onto PA 590E and follow for 15 miles.
At the traffic light, bear left onto Rt. 6W/Rt. 590E
Follow Rt. 6W/Rt. 590E through the town of Hawley. At the end of town you will come to a traffic light.

From Points North

Take I-81S to I-380S which quickly leads you to I-84E.
Remain on 84E to Exit 8 (Mount Cobb).
Turn left at the top of the ramp and follow to the traffic light.
At the light, turn right onto PA 348E.
Follow PA 348E for 4 miles to the stop sign at the end.
At the stop sign, bear left onto PA 590E and follow for 15 miles.
At the traffic light, bear left onto Rt. 6W/Rt. 590E.
Follow Rt. 6W/Rt. 590E through the town of Hawley. At the end of town you will come to a traffic light.

From Washington D.C. and Surrounding Area

From Washington take I-95N to 695W (around Baltimore) to 83N to I-81N in PA.
From 81N take EXIT 187 toward US-6 E/I-84 E/I-380 S/Carbondale/Mt Pocono.
Follow signs for 84E.
Remain on 84E to Exit 8 (Mount Cobb).
Turn left at the top of the ramp and follow to the traffic light.
At the light, turn right onto PA 348E.
Follow PA 348E for 4 miles to the stop sign at the end.
At the stop sign, bear left onto PA 590E and follow for 15 miles.
At the traffic light, bear left onto Rt. 6W/Rt. 590E.
Follow Rt. 6W/Rt. 590E through the town of Hawley. At the end of town you will come to a traffic light.

From Staten Island

Take the Outer-Bridge to Rt. 287N to 80W to New Jersey Exit 34B (Rt. 15N, Sparta, NJ).
Take Rt. 15N (approximately 18 miles) to Rt. 206N (approximately 16 miles).
Cross Delaware River Bridge at Milford. Bear right onto Rt. 209N.
Continue onto Rt. 6W.
Follow Rt. 6W for 26 miles to Rt. 590E (which comes at the end of Main Street in Hawley)

From Connecticut

Take Rt. 84W to Exit 46 (formerly #10) which is Rt. 6W. This will bring you to Rt. 6W in Milford, PA.
Make a right turn at the stop sign onto Rt. 6W.
Follow Rt. 6W for 26 miles to Rt. 590E (which comes at the end of Main Street in Hawley)
Bingham Park will be on your right, The Settler’s Inn on your left. At this light, make a right to continue on Rt. 590E.
Follow Rt. 590E for 6.5 miles where you will find The Lodge at Woodloch on your left hand side directly across from the entrance to Woodloch Springs.

From Scranton/Wilkes-Barre International Airport (AVP)

Take I-81N to I-380 South to I-84E.
Remain on 84E to Exit 8 (Mount Cobb).
Turn left at the top of the ramp and follow to the traffic light.
At the light, turn right onto PA 348E.
Follow PA 348E for 4 miles to the stop sign at the end.
At the stop sign, bear left onto PA 590E and follow for 15 miles.
At the traffic light, bear left onto Rt. 6W/Rt. 590E.
Follow Rt. 6W/Rt590E through the town of Hawley. At the end of town you will come to a traffic light.
