Inclusive Guest Homes
at Woodloch Resort
These homes feature three to six bedrooms and three-and-a-half to six-and-a-half bathrooms. Lake Estate homes have a lake view, while Southwoods and Tallwoods are set off our main road among the forests of the Pocono Mountains. All of these homes are located on the resort’s shuttle route and have walking paths connected to the Woodloch Resort property. These homes are only available on an inclusive meal plan.
The Lake Estates are a group of four large and spacious guest homes located at the Woodloch Pines property and feature a view towards the lake. Each home has five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. These homes feature four to six bedrooms and either four-and-a-half or six-and-a-half bathrooms. All of these homes are tri-level and located on the resort’s shuttle route. They feature cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, and rear deck. These homes are booked with the American Plan only. Due to the individual ownership of each Guest Home, certain amenities may vary, including but not limited to the number or style of specific beds, number of televisions or DVD/VHS players in each home, floor plans and layouts, etc.
Minimum 5 adult occupancy.
The Southwoods guest homes are eight large homes located at Woodloch Pines in a private cul-de-sac opposite the Lake Estates. These homes feature four to six bedrooms and either four-and-a-half or six-and-a-half bathrooms. All of these homes are tri-level and located on the resort’s shuttle route. They feature cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, and rear deck. These homes are booked with the American Plan only. Due to the individual ownership of each Guest Home, certain amenities may vary, including but not limited to the number or style of specific beds, number of televisions or DVD/VHS players in each home, floor plans and layouts, etc.
Minimum 5 adult occupancy.
From an inviting courtyard entry to a spacious rear view deck, the Tallwoods guest homes feature spacious three bedroom, three and a half bath townhome-style accommodations. These homes feature two levels and are located on the main property and are on the resort shuttle route. Due to the individual ownership of each Guest Home, certain amenities may vary, including but not limited to the number or style of specific beds, number of televisions or DVD players in each home, floor plans and layouts, etc.
Minimum 3 adult occupancy.

Deluxe Lakeview
Woodloch’s Signature Accommodations
Rooms are hotel-style units located at the Woodloch Pines property in either the Greenbriar or Mountain Laurel buildings. Each room features two queen beds and a double pullout couch in one large room, with a view towards the lake complete with private balcony or patio.
Edgewater Suites
Rooms are one-bedroom suites located at Woodloch Pines in either the Springbrook or Mountain Laurel buildings- walk indoors to our pool complex! All suites feature two queen beds in a bedroom, and one queen pullout couch and one regular couch in the living room area, with either a door or pocket door divider. These rooms also feature a view towards the lake complete with private balcony or patio.
Classic Standard
Classic Standard rooms are motel-style units centrally located near the Woodloch Pines main lodge. Warmly decorated with country rustic charm of the Poconos, these units feature a bedroom and living room area divided by an accordion door. Two queen beds are located in the bedroom, with two single day beds in the living room area.

Our 48 Veranda Classic Standard rooms are each furnished with a King or two Double beds. Veranda Classic Standard rooms feature marble walk-in showers and views from your private veranda of our woodland gardens and private lake or our rock garden waterfall.
Veranda Junior Deluxe
The Lodge’s eight Junior Deluxe rooms are furnished with a King or two Queen beds. King accommodations offer the added comfort of an intimate sitting area. Each of our Junior Deluxe offers a marble walk-in shower and bath, along with private verandas that feature views of our woodland gardens and private lake.
Veranda One-Bedroom Suites
